How AirInduct Sim processes personal data of customers, visitors, and users on behalf of itself and, where applicable, as a processor acting on instruction from a customer organisation.
Account data (name, email, organisation), simulation artefacts (coil geometry, results — treated as customer content and never used for training), operational logs (IP, user agent, timestamps), and billing data processed by our payment provider.
Service delivery, security and abuse prevention, regulatory compliance, and — with explicit consent — product analytics and communication.

Where data crosses borders, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions. Regional hosting is available for enterprise customers with residency requirements.
Account data is retained while your account is active, plus a short tail for legal and audit obligations. Simulation artefacts are retained for the duration of your subscription and can be deleted on request.
